7月25日，浦东新区合庆镇第六届人民代表大会第十次会议胜利召开，会议政府报告中提出，2025年下半年要聚焦重点任务攻坚，提速城镇开发建设。其中，06-15地块（沐晨雅苑）、06-02地块（迎泰华庭）将在今年三季度将完成居民回搬，并加快10-04地块（旭华佳苑）、04-02地块（通顺佳苑）竣工交付，推进年内完成居民回搬。
